1. Digital product — no physical shipping

YTUBE PILOT, operated by YTUBEPILOT, is a fully digital Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) product. There is no physical shipment involved in any purchase. All plans, upgrades, and add-ons are delivered electronically by activating features on your account.

2. Delivery timeline

• Instant activation: As soon as Instamojo confirms your payment, your plan is auto-activated on your dashboard (usually within a few seconds to a few minutes).
• Maximum window: In rare cases (delayed bank / UPI confirmation), activation may take up to 24 hours.
• Confirmation: You will receive a payment receipt from Instamojo and an activation email from help@ytubepilot.online.

3. Where to access your purchase

Once activated, log in and visit your dashboard at ytubepilot.online/dashboard to start using the paid features immediately. No download, courier, or physical setup is required.

4. If delivery is delayed

If your plan is not activated within 24 hours of a successful payment, please email us at help@ytubepilot.online with your Instamojo Payment ID. We will either activate it manually or issue a full refund.

5. Shipping charges

Since YTUBE PILOT is 100% digital, we do not charge any shipping, handling, or delivery fees. The price displayed at checkout (plus applicable taxes) is the final amount.
