1. Who we are

YTUBE PILOT ("the Service") is operated by ai agent builder ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into an agreement with ai agent builder.

2. Acceptance

By accessing or continuing to use the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must have authority to bind your organization (if using on behalf of a business) or be of legal age in your jurisdiction.

3. The Service

YTUBE PILOT helps creators automate uploads, scheduling, and short-form content workflows for YouTube. Features and limits depend on the plan you select.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or spam activity;
• infringe intellectual property, privacy, or other rights of third parties;
• upload malware, probe, scan, or otherwise interfere with the Service's security;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the Service without written permission;
• circumvent technical limits, quotas, or authentication controls.

5. Accounts and credentials

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.

6. Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your active plan. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

7. Service level

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Payments, subscriptions, refunds

Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are handled by our reseller Paddle. These are governed by the Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms. See also our Refund Policy.

9. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

10. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.

11. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
