YTUBE PILOT ("the Service") is operated by YTUBEPILOT ("we", "us", "our"), a Proprietorship registered in India (Udyam Reg. No. UDYAM-UP-26-0040577). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions and enter into an agreement with YTUBEPILOT, governed by the laws of India.
By accessing or continuing to use the Service you confirm that you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent / guardian, and have authority to bind your organisation if using on behalf of a business.
YTUBE PILOT helps creators automate uploads, scheduling, and short-form content workflows for YouTube and Instagram. Features and limits depend on the plan you select.
You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and keep it updated.
We retain all rights in the Service, including software, documentation, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service under your active plan. You retain ownership of content you upload; you grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to provide the Service.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation and disclaim all implied warranties to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Prices of all plans are listed on the Service and are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise mentioned. Applicable taxes (including GST, where applicable) are added at checkout. All payments are collected online through our payment gateway partner Instamojo. YTUBEPILOT is the seller and receives the funds; Instamojo only facilitates the transaction. We do not store your full card / UPI / bank details on our servers — those are handled directly by Instamojo under their PCI- compliant systems.
YTUBE PILOT is a digital service and is delivered by activating your plan on your account, usually instantly after payment (max 24 hours). Cancellation, refund and delivery details are described in our Refund, Cancellation & Delivery Policy.
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security / fraud risk, or repeated or serious violations of our policies. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and we may delete your data after a reasonable export window.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 6 months preceding the claim. We exclude liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Fatehpur, Uttar Pradesh, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
